Golden Nativity

Nativity sets are expensive. Christmas fact #542. End of story.

Unless of course, you visit the good ole Dollar Tree.

Unfortunately, when you do visit the good ole Dollar Tree the options are kind of drab. Kind of 90’s. Kind of shiny. & not the good kind either.

See what I mean? Much too traditional for my tastes.

That’s where my bff- gold spray paint comes in.

Surprisingly, one short coat of this stiff stuck perfectly to the nativity pieces. Spray one side, let dry, then spray the other side & let dry.

I even had this perfectly golden star to match (from Target).

Sadly, I could only find one wiseman though! On the hunt for a couple more…maybe another shepherd too.

Now go hit up your local Dollar Tree & make yourself a gorgeous, affordable, gold nativity!

Easy Christmas glam project. Woot woot!

See more Christmas goodness here!

Blessings Y’all,

Cathryne
