I get this weird joy from putting together lots of little things to make one big gift- in basket form or something similar. Am I the only one? Due to this odd obsession, I was thrilled to get to put together gifts for everyone involved in our wedding party. Because I’m completely happy with how the groomsmen’s boxes turned out, we’ll take a look at those first.
Really, who doesn’t think tiny bottles of whiskey & mason jar shot glasses are just adorable?
We went ahead & bought all the guys ties to include in their gift. That way we could ensure that they all matched! They decided to wear vintage sheriff badges instead of boutonnieres which looked pretty darn awesome. Plus that meant one less thing I had to make the day before the wedding. So we gifted those as well. You can find so many different kinds online. Just do some googling!
They needed fun stuff too- good bottles of whiskey & a mason jar shot glass. I found the shot glasses at world market fyi. You always need hand sanitizer, especially during a bachelor party. Plus I got a bajillion of them on sale.
The underage groomsman (my youngest brother) got Dr. Pepper instead of the good stuff. Sorry bro!
Michael just happened to have 5 leftover mystery tackle boxes that ended up being the perfect size for their gifts. They even still had the paper strips in them. He is obsessed with fishing & gets these boxes in once a month so the packaging was quite fitting. I tied them up with twine & they were good to go!
I know the groomsmen all loved their gifts & put them to good use…just take a look at them here. Minutes before the ceremony began.
Lookin’ a little dazed huh fellas?
More weddingness to come!
