It’s football season, so that means it’s wing season! Right?!
We love chicken wings, but I haven’t made them at home too often. So when I realized I could make them in the slow cooker, I was all over it!
It’s super to easy to make in your slow cooker, just throw in the wings & whatever sauce(s) you prefer. Let the slow cooker do it’s things & enjoy later! I like to remove them from the cooker & broil the tops of them, for a crispy skin. It takes just a few minutes, so be sure to watch them closely.
I love raspberry chipotle sauce & thought it would fab on some wings- it was! You can find the sauce near the salad dressings or salsa at your grocery store. Get the simple recipe below, only 3 ingredients!
Raspberry Chipotle BBQ Chicken Wings
- 12 chicken wings
- 1/2 c raspberry chipotle sauce
- 1 c bbq sauce
Place chicken wings in your slow cooker & pour sauces over top. Cook on high for 4 hours. If crispy skin is desired, remove from cooker to a pan & broil for a few minutes. Watch closely.
Don’t forget to pin it for later! —>
